River Of Rain: Bay Area Streets Flow With Historic Deluge

Intense bands of rain and powerful winds will continue across the bay area overnight and into thursday as the regions first atmospheric river of the season strengthens. Scattered storms are dumping more rain onto the bay area, only a day after an atmospheric river drenched parts of the region. This weeks atmospheric river storm smashed some heavy rainfall records in parts of the bay area, especially the north bay, before mostly petering out by saturday morning.
